Tokyo, Japan – Hitachi Metals, Ltd. announced today that it has filed a Motion to Terminate the Investigation on the Basis of Withdrawal of the Complaint with respect to the investigation pending before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) regarding infringement of certain Hitachi Metals U.S. patents by the sale into the United States of certain sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets.
